What is journaling

Journaling is a form of writing. The perfect time to reflect on your day/life in general. You are in control of your mind and by taking the time to write what is on your mind you give space to new chances. For a better mindset.

Your mind is a tool you can choose to use any way you wish. The ideal moment to journal is in the morning right after your meditation or in bed right before you go to sleep. Writing down in a journal can be challenging if you are not good with words. That’s why I have some questions summed up below to help you start journaling everyday.

  • How has your day been?

  • List 5 things that made you smile today.

  • What has been going well in your life lately?

  • What advice do I need to give to myself right now?

  • What feels like a struggle at the moment?
