Body positivity

A massive topic these days. I struggled a few years with it. From waking up every morning and judging myself in the mirror first before I got into the shower to go to the gym 6 days a week and feeling bad when I ate a whole bucket of ice cream.

It’s a mental game, our mind and body are connected but we need to find out how to work with it. Let go of your ego and just start living your best life will not come overnight. To be in a space of full receiving, you need to learn how to embrace change. As it will give you new chances and thoughts.

Mindset first here, we can not love our body if our mind is constantly telling us not to. As you read this, take a deep breath and, as you exhale, allow all the tension to leave your body. Now go and look in a mirror and say to yourself 3 times out loud:

‘I BELIEVE TO EMBRACE THE CHANGES IN MY BODY’.
