Limiting beliefs

What? Yes limiting beliefs. Beliefs we hold on to from our past or by listening and believing others. I’m here to talk you trough a few beliefs you’ll probably have or had. But now you’ll realise that you can make a big difference to another person by using your words wisely.

For example:

LIMITING BELIEF: Life is dangerous.

WHERE IT CAME FROM: Mom or dad constantly telling you not to go out alone, not to take your bike, you become frightened of going out alone or taking your bike because someone else told you so.

This is the exact same as people who were told not to cry in front of others, ‘it shows that you’re weak’. Every outer effect in the natural expression of an inner thought pattern.
