Postnatal Yoga
Returning too Yoga after giving birth can be a lot. You have much more on your hands and that’s why I’m here to help you get back to your ‘normal’ practice. I offer private classes with or without baby. Totally up to you! In Postnatal classes we will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, reduce stress, strength and stamina, improve core stability, reclaim your body and encourage yourself to prioritise relaxation.
This can start after 6 weeks post giving birth.
If you want to follow group classes again I recommend waiting at leat 10 weeks.
