Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is the perfect way to calm your monkey mind while going trough this amazing time of your life. Connecting on a deeper level with yourself and the baby. Releasing tension and having a moment for yourself. Prenatal Yoga will help you to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, improve your flexibility, release stress, help you with sleep, let you bond with the baby and will provide relief from common pregnancy complaints. Guided meditations, asanas and breath work will let you flow into a healthy labour. I am happy to guide you and let you have an amazing pregnancy.

Group classes:

• Every Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:30 PM in de FLOW studio in Knokke or Online via zoom

• Single class 18€ / 5 classes 85€

Private classes:

• In the studio / online / in your own home

• Per 4 classes € 300

• Per 8 classes € 560

No experience needed // OK from your doctor

Postnatal Yoga

Returning too Yoga after giving birth can be a lot. You have much more on your hands and that’s why I’m here to help you get back to your ‘normal’ practice. I offer private classes with or without baby. Totally up to you! In Postnatal classes we will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, reduce stress, strength and stamina, improve core stability, reclaim your body and encourage yourself to prioritise relaxation.

This can start after 6 weeks post giving birth.

If you want to follow group classes again I recommend waiting at leat 10 weeks.

• If you have a group of friends who are willing to start again with our without baby contact me and I can see what I can do
