Yoga and food
No of course not! What we aim for is to live a balanced lifestyle between the foods we eat and everything we consume in general.
It’s called mindful consumption. For me in particular I am a pescatarian. So I eat fish and eggs, but i don’t eat cheese (just because i am intolerant for cows milk). So I am not vegan and not all yogis are vegan. You do you and i strongly believe that it’s good for the environment and it really is a good start not to eat meat one or twice a week. But your own health comes first.
A lot of people go vegan because they think it will look cool on their insta feed. But most of them end up being sick and feeling low on energy. So before you take this step dive deeper into your health and look if this lifestyle is suitable for your body needs.
