Crystals & Chakra’s
A beautiful way of tapping into your chakra’s.
I did some more research in this the past few weeks. Also trough doing my private chakra readings. Clients were very interested in this!
In the illustration I’m giving you a good amount of crystals to match that particular chakra. The question now is how can you work with them?
Well first things first if you go to your spiritual store, you walk in and feel attracted to another chakra that you were actually coming for. Buy the one that feels the best. And then you can look on your list and buy other ones that feel good to you. So buying crystals, stondes and gems online is not recommended.
Now a few things you can do with crystals and chakra’s:
Meditating with it & place it in your hands, place it on the area of that particular chakra or have it close by.
Using it as decoration in you bedroom, bathroom, yoga room, desk, front door,..
Keeping it close with you throughout the day, in your purse, bra, jacket, so every time you put your hand in your pocket you can feel it and tap into that awareness.
Wearing it as jewelery
I do recommend for the lower chakra’s to meditate with it in your hands and the higher chakra’s to place it on your chakra. For example a lay down third eye chakra meditation with an Amethyst can be very powerful and healing. Perfect tool to relief migraine.
